VERSE 1
A child will be born
A Son will be given
For those in the dark
A light shines from Heaven

And all those who mourn
And those who are grieving
A Savior has come
A God to believe in

CHORUS
His Name shall be
Wonderful, Counselor
Mighty God, Everlasting Father

His Name shall be
Prince of Peace
King of Kings
His Name is Jesus

VERSE 2
From Heaven’s high throne
The Lord in a manger
Messiah has come
The perfect redeemer
And our King shall reign
In glory and splendor
His kingdom shall be forever and ever

CHORUS
His Name shall be
Wonderful, Counselor
Mighty God, Everlasting Father

His Name shall be
Prince of Peace
King of Kings
His Name is Jesus

BRIDGE
He came for the broken
He came for the hurting
Our God made flesh
Shall carry our burdens

He came for the lonely
He came for the suffering
Our present help
Will heal and restore us

He came for the anxious
He came for the addict
To break every chain
And free every captive

He came for the prisoner
He came for the sinner
Hallelujah, we praise You forever

CHORUS
His Name shall be
Wonderful, Counselor
Mighty God, Everlasting Father

His Name shall be
Prince of Peace
King of Kings
His Name is Jesus
His Name shall be
Wonderful, Counselor
Mighty God, Everlasting Father

His Name shall be
Prince of Peace
King of Kings
His Name is Jesus

ENDING
His Name is Jesus
His Name is Jesus
His Name is Jesus
